Most residential projects (e.g., driveways, patios) take 3–7 days, depending on size and complexity. We’ll provide a detailed timeline during your free estimate.

• In many Florida counties, a building permit is required for paver installations, especially for driveways, walkways, or concrete pads.
• Check with your local building department for specific requirements in your area. 

• The patio should slope slightly away from the house (a few degrees is usually sufficient) to allow water to drain.
• Avoid creating a completely flat surface, as this can lead to standing water. 

• Sealing pavers in Florida is highly recommended due to the harsh climate.
• While some recommend waiting for a period after installation, it’s generally safe to seal them immediately with the appropriate sealer.
• Sealing protects against UV damage, staining, and degradation from acid rain. 

• Regularly sweep and clean the pavers to prevent dirt and debris buildup.
• Periodically check for weeds growing in the joints and remove them promptly.
• Reseal your pavers every 3-5 years to maintain their protective layer. 

• Concrete pavers: A popular and versatile option, available in various shapes, sizes, and colors.
